We also offer Express Shipping, however this doesn't apply to our phone cases, as they have to be printed first before being shipped, and that can affect the effective shipping time.

If you are not satisfied with your order, or wish to make an exchange, you can return it unworn and without odor. This has to be at the most 7 days from the day it was delivered. The cost of shipping the item will be deducted from the refund.

This applies to everything but phone cases. Please read below for our policy on phone cases.

Phone cases are non-refundable. If your phone case arrives damaged or you receive the wrong phone case, please contact us for a free replacement. 

If you made a mistake with your phone case order, please contact us at most 6 hours after you've placed the order to get your order corrected.

Otherwise, please understand that once phone cases are printed, we can't refund or exchange them.
