Warranty Coverage for our phone cases

Product Warranty

• Boomslank provides a 1-year product warranty to you, the original purchaser of a smartphone case product.
• Boomslank will replace any products, at its expense, that are agreed to have production or obvious aesthetic defects.
• This warranty will only cover peeling (due to printing issues), manufacturing faults and cracks.
• Will not cover damages from accidents or falls that can cause severe trauma to the structure of the case.
• To obtain a warranty replacement - you will notify Boomslank electronically. Details of the claim, including clear photos or videos of the defects, must be submitted along with your original order details.
• Order replacements will only be reshipped with the same SKU & artwork as the original order.
