I have always been a huge fan of anime involving mecha (anime talk for machines). Shows like Gundam, Evangelion, Escaflowne, Code Geass, and even the classic Transformers all fall under this category. I love the mechanical details the artists put into the machines. One could almost imagine them existing in the real world. So I wanted to design a mecha-themed shirt, but also illustrate a cutaway of the mecha showing some of the internal mechanical goblins ^_^. I also used Mie chan, a member of our ever-increasing cast of mascots, as the pilot XD.

High quality design, wore it twice and very comfortable. I'm usually between 1x and 2x, so I picked 2x. It's a little big so I could have gone 1x for sure but it still fits comfortably and has awesome form. By far my favorite design so far.

David is an amazing and talented artist. I am grateful to have met him at Anime Matsuri several years ago where I had originally bought this t-shirt. It had become one of my favorites. Would always receive compliments whenever I’d wear it. I literally wore this shirt until it had holes in it and then bought a replacement. Turns out, I couldn’t part with the original so now I have two.
