News and Hearsay
I let me just start off by saying that I love my Roku! As an Apple disciple it took me a while to overcome my natural bias for anything that wouldn't fit into the Mac ecosystem I created for myself at home. But buying the Roku is one of the smartest things I have done with my money this year. Hulu plus on the Roku is such an awesome combination when it comes to anime. And I sure have been getting my feel of new anime in decent HD fashion :D !
Hustle and passion. Two unquestionable ingredients for success. Easy enough right? Not really. Is not called hard work for a reason you see. Hard work means, getting down and dirty, crawling in the mines to find your diamonds. Nothing good comes easy. There is a reason for that. If everything deemed as great or enviable came easy, then they are no longer considered great. All great things are so because of the level of difficulty that comes with acquiring them.
I don't remember the last time I watched live TV. Heck I don't remember the last time I sat down and channel surfed. These days, I mainly come back from work and sift through my DVR for choice shows. Tried to give up cable but the wonderful people at time warner threatened to raise my bill to hilariously high levels should I unbundle my internet and cable. So I punked out and I am still stuck with a cable service I don't care about (At least for a year). Currently I consume content via my Roku and Apple TV.
